- PM Kisan is a Central Sector scheme with income support of Rs 6,000/- per year to farmers.
- The sum will be credited in three equal installments to small and marginal farmer families having combined land holding/ownership of upto 2 hectares.
- The scheme has become operational from 1 December 2018.
