- On 21st September, 2017, Lt Gen Ashwani Kumar, AG, IHQ, Ministry of Defense and Yashwant Rao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nasik signed a Memorandum of Understanding in New Delhi.
- Under this, the University will provide diploma in self-empowerment and a bachelor’s degree in arts and commerce through the “Project Yash Vidya”.
- The University will award Diploma in Self Empowerment and a Bachelors Degree in Arts or Commerce under PROJECT YASH VIDYA enabling them with academic qualifications for better future.
