  • On April 27th, 2018; NSCI Safety Awards 2017 were distributed at an event held in New Delhi.
  • IOCL, Haldia Refinery Medinipur (West Bengal), Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Ltd. (Bareilly, U.P.), Kaiga Generating Station 3 and 4 (Karnataka), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Automotive Sector), Haridwar (Uttarakhand), and Vardhman Acrylics Ltd. Bharuch (Gujarat) won the Top Level Best Safety Award under Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D and Group E, in the manufacturing sector, respectively.
  • The Sojitzs-L & T Consortium, Jaipur (Rajasthan) has been awarded the best security award in the construction sector.
  • Parijat Industries India Pvt. Ltd. Ambala (Haryana) was awarded top level award in MSME area.
  • In addition, 12 consumer organizations of the construction sector were also rewarded.
  • These awards are assessed and announced annually by an autonomous society ‘National Security Council’ formed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India.
