  • Dr. Jain is presently working as Scientist with National Institute of Hydrology (NIH), Roorkee and took additional charge for DG of NWDA.
  • He succeeds Shri S. Masood Husain who has moved over as Member (WP&P), Central Water Commission.
  • National Water Development Agency (NWDA) was set up in July, 1982 as Autonomous Society.
