  •  Earlier on 2 February 2016, the Supreme Court directed to appoint a committee to investigate the matter under the chairmanship of Justice R.M. Lodha, former Chief Justice of India.

Sir am a agent of p a c l now am in big trouble I have 28 Inverness in pa c l every month I pay their amount to company and I give them to receipt now they told me I dt give receipt and a police compliant the police inspector told me I give a letter to investors am bond the p ac l maturity amount what I do I dt know every single minute mental torture may be I go suicide soon pls give me reply. And rescue me thank god and thanking u I want me and my family safe

      because,this true agents are facing more n more problems by investors.and also the company running four years of closing.so please take a strong and great design to refund ASAP for PACL investors.

  5. When will give money Pacl ltd refund to coustmers here from all over India big problems is there agents and associated lot of problems harassment and coustmer was many more died please as soon possible kindly you have to give money

    we are the investors who have purchased plots in Mohali sector 100 and
    104 of pearls infrastructure projects ltd, which is a subsidiary and
    marketing agent company of PACL.

    we have paid all amounts to pearls infrastructure projects ltd and which
    is 95% in all the cases and amounts have been paid in 2011 to 2013
    periods. the possession have to be given in 2014 but company given only
    new dates.

    now as plots are unregistered and not been handed over to us, what will
    be future of ours plots and what action to be taken by us to secure our
    monies. kindly advise us we are unable to meet.
    we humbly request to please guide us.

  8. Respected commetti, request you to please do the action on time so that investors get his money and agents getrid to this issue. Noe investors giving thread to recover the deposit amount. Why sebi walkup so late there are lots of way to handle this case. Now need to take correct fission and refund amount to investors.
