- G.S Jha, Chairman, Central Water Commission (CWC) will be the Chairman of this team.
- The other member of the team are S Masood Husain, Member (WP&P), CWC, RK Gupta, Chief Engineer, Krishna and Godavari Basin Organization, CWC, Hyderabad, Chief Secretary or his representative from the States of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and One Chief Engineer each from the States of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and UT of Puducherry.
