- From April 6 to7, 2017, the first meeting of G-20 Digital Ministers on the digital economy was held in Dusseldorf, Germany.
- During this two-day meeting, a Round Table Conference on ‘Digitization: Policies for a Digital Future’ was also co-hosted by the Global Forum of Women (W20) MPs.
- Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Union Minister for Electronics & IT and Law and Justice, was the representative of India in this meeting.
