• On January 9^th, 2018; in the meeting of the Uttar Pradesh cabinet, it was decided to implement the ‘Chief Minister Samagra Gram Vikas Yojna’.
• Under the scheme, all-round development of neglected villages will be done on border areas (international / interstate) of the state.
• Under this scheme, sustainable and integrated development of villages with the abundance of groups Bantangia, Musahar and Tharu etc. will be developed.
• The implementation of the scheme will be done by the Department of Rural Development (Section-10).
• Under this scheme 24 programs of 17 working departments are operated in selected revenue village.
• In addition to the backward revenue villages the entire development of their hamlet, providence and settlements will also be done.
