- The conference of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, along with the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia organized this conference.
- In this program, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is an institutional partner.
- The inaugural session of the conference was chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia.
- In this, Suresh Prabhu, the Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Government of India, led the Indian delegation.
- On this occasion, Commerce and Trade Minister of Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Lao PDR or Laos were also present.
- About 400 ministerial and business representatives from India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos joined the inaugural program.
