    This is to inform you that My self Suresh baboo and my wife Neeru Singh was LIC agent . she was expired on dated 24/08/2015. I am a nominee in her Agency.
    Sir , I was applied for her death claim under LIC AGENT GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME in moradabad branch (LIC office CBO -1 buddhi vihar moradabad) on dated 23 Nov 2015. I have summited all the death claim related documents at the same branch. But stilI i have not received any reply from the branch Side. Agency details are given below……..

    I have left my Job because all the time I had with my wife in hospital for treatment , she was suffering from cancer.
    So I request you to all please please released my wife all death claim payment as soon as possible.
    Note – Sir , my wife (Neeru Singh) was suffering from cancer from last two year and I think you all understand How much amount needed for cancer treatment , I have expended all my wealth in her treatment . So this claim amount is very important for family.
