- On 15 November 2021, the Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Purushottam Rupala, launched the ‘Nationwide AHDF’ KCC campaign.
- The objective of this campaign is to extend the benefits of Kisan Credit Card(KCC) to all eligible cattle, dairy and fish farmers in the country.
- In collaboration with Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Fisheries and Department of Financial Services, this campaign will run till February 15, 2022.
- Through this campaign, an effort will be made to cover all those eligible dairy farmers associated with the Milk Unions/MPCs who have not been included in the first campaign yet.
