- Madhya Pradesh government launched a 100- day job guarantee scheme for urban economically weaker youth, (on the lines of the MNREGA scheme) Mukhyamantri Yuva Swabhiman Yojana on 22nd February, 2019.
- Each youth enrolled under the scheme will get total Rs. 13, 500 for the 100 days period.
- This scheme will cover the urban youth aged 21-30 and having annual income less than 2 lakh.
- The scheme has provision of skill development training apart form 100 days work for the youth. It is a step towards making youth skilled and self dependent.
