- On April 14, 2021, on the occasion of the 130th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Union Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Law and Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad launched the online complaint management portal of the National Scheduled Castes Commission (NCSC).
- The objective of NCSC is to organize a grievance redressal mechanism for the Scheduled Caste population through this portal.
- The portal, created in collaboration with Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geoinformatics (BISAG-N), will facilitate e-filing of complaints and their monitoring.
