- On the occasion of National Doctors Day (July 1), the Bank announced the unveiling of the ‘Wall of Dedication’ in front of the Corporate Office of HDFC Bank in Worli (Mumbai) where a collage of thank you messages for doctors from across the country will be displayed.
- It is notable that all across India National Doctors’ Day is celebrated on July 1 in memory of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, a legendary physician and the second Chief Minister of West Bengal.
- On the occasion, the bank also released an anthem – A Musical Tribute – to doctors, featuring bank staff from remotest locations across the country.
