  • On 26 October 2015, The Reserve Bank of India signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on “Supervisory Cooperation and Exchange of Supervisory Information” with the Bangladesh Bank, Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
  • The MoU has been signed by Mr. Md. Saiful Islam, Executive Director on behalf of Bangladesh Bank and Mrs. Meena Hemchandra, Executive Director on behalf of the Reserve Bank of India.
  • Along with this RBI has signed 30 such MoUs, one Letter for Supervisory Co-operation and one Statement of Co-operation.
