  • 12 seats (vote percentage -15.3%) were won by BJP, Nationalist Democratic
  • Progressive Party got 16 seats, Janata Dal (United) won 1 seat, National People’s
  • Party (NPP) won 2 seats and 1 seat was won by independents candidate.
  • INS was failed to secure a single seat in the state election Voting is on 1 seat.
    Meghalaya
  • Election notification for the 60-member Meghalaya assembly was announced on January 31st, 2018. Votes were cast on 27th February, 2018.
  • Election Commission released results of 60 seats in the state.
  • In these election Indian National Congress won highest 21 seats. United Democratic Party got 6 seats National People’s Party got 19 seats People’s Democratic Front got 4 seats, Hill State People’s Democratic Party and BJP won 2-2 seats and Nationalist Congress Party and Khun Hynniewtrep National
  • Awakening Movement has won 1-1 seats.
