On April 25, 2017, Council of Ministers under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath decided to set up Anti Bhu-Mafia Task Force in each district of Uttar Pradesh.
The Task force is being set up with objective to fee illegally occupied land by the land mafias.
A four level Task Force will be headed by the Chief Secretary at the state level, Commissioner at the division level, District Magistrate at the district level, and Deputy Collector at tehsil level.
The Police Department will identify the illegal occupants on unclaimed and private properties.
The web portal at the Revenue Council level will be made to receive complaints of illegal possession of government / private land / buildings.
Until the development of this portal, the complaints could be made in the currently available IGRS portal jansunvai.up.nic.in.
If any land has been illegally occupied with the order of any court order / adjournment order by order of any court, effective lobbying will be ensured in the respective court for the expeditious question.
The review report of action taken at each level will send state-level task force each month by the task force set up at different levels.

The humble application of the above named applicant most respectfully showeth as under.
That this Application to provide security of life land property and also to take suitable action against Bhumafia preventing then not to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of life and property as enshrined in the Constitution of India.
That Nirmala Trivedi Age 65 years old purchased land through sale deed dated 19.9.1974 purchased from Auseri Son of Badri. Nirmala Trivedi name was mentioned in the revenue records right from 1416F to 1427F.
That Shakuntala Awasthi use to live as tenant over a part of land as is clear from a report of Tehsildar dated 18.8.2015 and report of Consolidation Officer dated 3.10.2015 and she filed suit no. 995/2016 in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Kanpur Nagar which was compromised on 14.10.2015. That in pursuant of above compromise Smt. Shakuntala Awasthi handed over possession after taking 1,75,000/- Rs. From the Nirmala Trivedi and Dakhalnama dated 23.10.2015 is being filed here with
That Shakuntala Awasthi dishonestly and in spite of taking money from the Nirmala Trivedi and got involve Satish Nigam, (MLA SAPA)and other’s who are land mafia.
it is relevant to point out that Satish Nigam is sitting ML.A. Samajwadi Party and he is instrumental in grabing graving the land through his associate Kamal Gupta Vinay Gupta, Dhiraj Gupta at this stage that Padmawati is claiming her title over the land through sale deed dated 19.3.1975. In which boundaries mentioned do not respond to Nirmala Trivedi sale deed and although this sale deed is subsequent to the applicant sale deed dated 19.3.1974. That it is relevant to point out at this stage that land claimed by Smt. Padmawati was used and Kanpur Authority constructed road over the same. A true / Photo copy of order sheet dated 25.4.1994 K.D.A Kanpur Nagar is being filed here. That Padmawati filed suit no. 1564 /2015 in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Kanpur Nagar.
That Nirmala Trivedi made a complaint to the District Magistrate Kanpur Nagar stating therein that Bhu Mafiya’s are trying to take possession from shakuntala Devi and the District Magistrate forwarded Senior Superintendent of Police District- Kanpur Nagar. A Photo state copy of complaint dated 30.10.2015 is being filed here with.
That above complaint was forwarded to S.P.R.A. and Circle Officer Kalyanpur who informed the Nirmala Trivedi Family to go to the Court of A.C.M. VI with all your land related documents. Then the Magistrate was convineed that Nirmala Trivedi paper were correct then infront of Magistrate Kamal Gupta, Vinay Gupta, and Dheeraj Gupta assaulted son and husband of the Nirmala Trivedi. Then Magistrate called Chauki Incharge and asked him to take son and husband of the Nirmala Trivedi safely to police station and lodge a first information report for the occurance incident taken before the eyes of the Magistrate. A Photo stat copy of first information report and Medical report dated 15.12.2015 are being filed here with. also stated here relevant audio C.D. of this first information report is also available with the Nirmala Trivedi in which the Magistrate and Thana Incharge accepted that son and husband of Nirmala Trivedi were brutely assaulted and Magistrate sent them safely to Thana. There were certain advocates also while assaulting them.
That Circle Officer submitted report dated 18.12.2015 that Nirmala Trivedi House was been forcibly grabbed by bullying. A Photo statcopy of Circle Officer report dated 18.12.2015 is being filed here with.
That Superintendent of police rural area submitted a inquiry report dated 26.12.2015 and confirmed the incident and high handedness of the Samajwadi Party M.L.A. and his associate are involved in the heinous crime, taken forcibly possession. That Kamal Gupta, Vinay Gupta, Dhiraj Gupta, are in connivance with Samajwadi Party M.L.A. Satish Nigam. A Photo state copy of first information report dated 6.1.2016 and news paper report and photogaph report dated 7.1.2016 are being filed here with.
That it is relevant to point out at this stage that nothing has been done till date 25/6/17 no charge sheet has been submitted and first information report serious injuries have been ignored in neck.
That looking the seriousness of situation the Nirmala Trivedi family was provided with police security by Seniour Superintendent Police for one month which started from 6.1.2016 upto 7.2.2016. So long as free security day night was existing Nirmala Trivedi and her family members where in full possession of entire premises safely and no one dared to infringe their peaceful possession. In order to get the security removed Samajwadi Party M.L.A. and his associate mentioned above lodged a cross first information report on 7.2.2016 for a incident which took place on 6.1.2016 and by lodging first information report the free security provided by Senior Superintendent of Police Kanpur Nagar Salabh Mathur was withdraw.
That it is relevant to point out that above noted M.L.A. Satish Nigam and his associate mentioned above remained silent and did nothing due to fear of Salabh Mathur Senior Superintendent of Police Kanpur Nagar. The moment S.S.P. Salabh Mathur was transferred from Kanpur to Allahabad. They again started occupuying the premises in the night at about 12.30 on 9.10.2016 F.I.R No. 1136/2016 and the Nirmala Trivedi Family is homeless…
From the perusal of above first information report it is evident that assertions made there in were very serious in nature but under the influence of M.L.A. Samajwadi Party Satish Nigam and his associate first information report was lodged under lesser serious offences namely under section 147, 323, 504, 506, 379, 448, 511. The assertions fully prove a case of the dacoity which have not been mentioned in the first information report. Thus connivance of police and Samajwadi Party M.L.A. and his associate his proved beyond doubt.
That Samajwadi Party people, M.L.A., Satish Nigam got another first information report lodged on 17.9.2016 under section 147, 323, 324, 504, 506, against many persons out of which Nirmala Trivedi son Arun Kumar accused no. 2. first information report 1136 dated 17.9.2016 is being filed here with That from the perusal of the above first information report it is clear that it is absolutely false and frivolous. Nirmala Trivedi and her son Arun do not know other accused person mentioned and their addresses have not been mentioned and another section 308 I.P.C. has been added on 29.11.2016.
That it is relevant to point out that prior to this dispute Nirmala Trivedi or any family member never involved in any criminal case and only due to this dispute of land these criminal proceeding have been initiated by the Samajwadi Party M.L.A. and his associate as stated earlier.
Because applicant and his family member are bullied and tormented and pressrized to sell of their property to Samajwadi Party sitting M.L.A. Satish Nigam and the police Kanpur Nagar colluding with them.
Because local police is not taking any action against them for heinous crime and in this way they are proctecting them not taking any action on the complaint of applicant and they are roming scot free.

That applicant is going through a very critical period of her life aged about 65 years and she is suffering from various chronic deceases and due to illegal and bully actions of the Samajwadi Party people mentioned above is going through very hard days.
Because looking the seriousness of situation the Applicant family was provided with police security by Seniour Superintendent Police for one month which started from 6.1.2016 upto 7.2.2016. So long as free security day night was existing petitioners and her family members where in full possession of entire premises safely and no one dared to infringe their peaceful possession. In order to get the security removed Samajwadi Party M.L.A. and his associate mentioned above lodged a cross first information report on 7.2.2016 for a incident which took place on 6.1.2016 and by lodging first information report the free security provided by Senior Superintendent of Police Kanpur Nagar Salabh Mathur was withdraw.

Prayer
Allahabad High Court writ order No. 11972 of 2017 to direction the Kanpur S.S.P to provide security of the Applicant and her family member and her property and on the way to Kanpur Court. But it is not Granted Till Date So please grant me security and give me back Home And Taking Strict action against Bhu Mafiya’s.
