- The Cabinet has decided to grant approval of total Rs 1172 crore 68 lakh 90 thousand including centre’s share of Rs 703 crore 61 lakh 34 thousand and state’s share of Rs 469 crore 7 lakh 56 thousand financial structure for continuation of National Food Security Scheme from year 2017-18 to 2019-20.
- The Cabinet has decided to grant approval of total Rs 113 crore 20 lakh 92 thousand.
- In this there is a centre’s share of Rs 67 crore 92 lakh 55 thousand and state’s share of Rs 45 crore 28 lakh 37 thousand financial structure for continuation of Soil Health Card Scheme under National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture from year 2017-18 to 2019-20.
- In order to provide relief to farmers affected by natural calamities, the Cabinet approved to continue the scheme of contribution of State government in the coming years and to provide the necessary provision in the budget of Cooperative Department to change small term loans to mid-term loans.
